Founded in 2005, HANTAO POWER is based in Heyuan, Guangdong — southern China's battery and electronics manufacturing belt. With over 20 years in the battery and power industry, we work with established lead-acid production lines and supply international importers, auto-parts wholesalers, solar installers and two-wheeler distributors across Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
Over two decades in the battery trade taught us that buyers do not just need a cheap price — they need batteries that arrive working, clear customs smoothly, and still perform after a year on the shelf.
What we do
- Battery supply at container volume — automotive (DIN/JIS/BCI), motorcycle, solar gel, VRLA, OPzS/OPzV and motive-power ranges.
- OEM / ODM & private label — your brand on the battery, carton, label and manual; custom specs from reasonable MOQs.
- Model matching — send a photo or model number of what you sell today; we match dimensions, capacity and terminal layout.
- Export logistics — palletized loading, mixed containers, and complete export documentation.
Quality & compliance
- CE marking and IEC test reports (e.g. IEC 60095 for automotive, IEC 60896 for stationary VRLA).
- MSDS and UN 2794 / UN 2800 dangerous-goods documentation for sea freight.
- Pre-shipment inspection: capacity test, high-rate discharge test, visual and terminal checks.
- Batch traceability — every pallet marked with production date and batch code.

Packaging & shipping
- Standard export cartons on heat-treated pallets; corner protection and shrink wrap.
- 20' / 40' container loading plans with detailed quantity per model.
- FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Shanghai; CIF and door-to-door arrangements on request.
- Documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, MSDS, DG declaration.
How we work with new buyers
- Step 1 — Enquiry: tell us your market and the models you need (or send photos).
- Step 2 — Quotation: price list with container loading data within 24 hours.
- Step 3 — Samples: sample orders and third-party inspection welcome.
- Step 4 — Order & production: T/T or L/C; production 15–25 days depending on range.
